I innovated new technology using LGS (FEA) structural steel panelling systems which is unique; cost-effective, fast assembled, strong pre-engineered up to 200 years life time maintenance/retrofit free, environment friendly; insulated to suit the climate anywhere in the world; ensuring that these wall, roofing and floor assemblies can be practically constructed and will actually meet the desired thermal performance and aesthetic criteria; heat transfer, calculation of effective R-values, parallel heat flow pats, and design and construction; to fulfil the zero energy, etc. have been accomplished by me to resist severe winds, great earthquake and other worst climate conditions as Tsunami and others?!. This unique system has been utilized by me in Sri-Lanka, India and Kuwait, I hold all solid proven documents, manuals, photos and contracts with Government's Ministers, etc.

Utilizing over 40 years local and international experience in civil/structural/mechanical engineering consultation, management, design, procurement, manufacturing, construction, field engineering and inspections for wood, hot rolled and light gauge steel framing floor, walls and roof trusses for residential low/high rise towers, modular commercial buildings including remote and man camps, industrial pre-engineered steel buildings for infrastructures all applications, using ACAD, P & S Frame, STAAD.Pro, RISA-3D, etc.. Accountable for developing the construction execution plan, managing the corresponding budget, the construction schedule, performance and future changes, ensuring the engineering procurement and construction (EPC) contractors were executing work in accordance in the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) procedures in addition to conforming to the construction execution plan.
