I would like to propose that let us apply our knowledge and innovations together in person, to moving countries forward (Innovation comes from people meeting up in the hallways, or calling each other with a new idea, or because they realized something that shoots holes in how we have been thinking about a problem; innovation cannot be mandated – you cannot schedule an hour a day to innovate, This kind of critical insight happens only if an organization routinely encourage creative interchange among its professionals); details to be presented against the interested authorities, However, the following is a summary of my innovation for the housing crisis resolution, and solving current LAVs’ detrimental problems to save our best world Army personnel:
1. LAVs’ current detrimental problems is simply a huge leakage of 6 cubic foot of Carbon Monoxide poisoning Army personnel, while the design maximum allowed leakage is 0.4 Cubic foot (LAV was designed by a Switzerland engineer); however, after two years all variants (LAVs) were kept in military North American’s bases useless without finding any successful solution to overcome such detrimental problem, I have been assigned to provide a solution as per my extensive expertise in the military technology and engineering fields; I was the only engineer, after all attempts from others up to managerial levels, who applied scientific knowledge and evidence to diverse the problem;
Albert Einstein once said: If I had an hour to solve a problem, I’d spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and five minute thinking about solution.
With a serious and comprehensive focus on defining and thoroughly understanding the true dimension of the problem, I was the only to solve such detrimental problem by applying very simple engineering principals; visiting the manufacturing factory to modify the Flexional connector between the Turbo Charger of the Diesel Engine and the outside vehicle body Muffler, after making survey in all North American military’s basis to figure out the average distance and manufacture a new connector with special materials designed and tested by me on a special jig and fixture; the analogy loads due to exhaust thermal expansion has been recorded and found way below the yield point stress of the Turbo Charger mounting bolts.
All technical steps and specifications have been prepared by me only were so successful and the results have been approved by the managerial levels, and inspired the USA Army Marine Corps and the Canadian Army, As the result of my solution method resulted in a zero leakage of CO.
Many Vehicles of such type have been seen in TV all over, as those LAVs have been exported and sold to Middle East countries prior to solving such above said problems.
2. Housing/building crisis have been for long (tens of years) and still without any resolution.
As per our Canadian Federal Incorporation; Innovative Steel Buildings Inc.
